Activities

All participants are to note:

  • Signup latest 2 days before activities.

  • For easy identification and sense of belonging, please wear Runninghour member's t-shirt/singlet, otherwise any RH t-shirt.

  • You are advised to bring your own water and be well-hydrated.

  • For Saturday Run, please travel light as there is no bag deposit. Caregiver may volunteer to assist in taking care of belongings, however participants are responsible of your own valuables.

  • Do not attend if you have had COVID/vaccination in the past 2 weeks.
