Activities

All participants are to note:

  • Sign up at least 2 days prior to the activity.

  • For easy identification and a sense of belonging, please wear the Runninghour member's t-shirt/singlet. Otherwise, any RH t-shirt is acceptable.

  • RH t-shirts can also be purchased via the RH shop: https://www.runninghour.com/shop

  • Please ensure you bring your own water and stay well-hydrated.

  • For the Saturday Run, travel light as there may not be bag deposit available. Caregivers may volunteer to assist in looking after belongings, but participants are responsible for their own valuables.

  • All volunteers must attend the induction conducted at the end of the month before they can guide independently.

  • Guides must be 18 years old and above; otherwise, they will be paired with an inducted guide.

  • We do not have a specific commitment period but hope that volunteers can support us whenever you are available.

  • There is no age limit for persons with special needs, but caregivers are required to attend the first few sessions.

  • NOTE TO First time participants:

    • Those who are interested in joining us can sign up using the forms below and indicate that they are a new guide or a person with special needs.

    • You are not required to purchase Runninghour T-shirts to participate.
