Runninghour Participation & Safety Guidelines

Sign-up: Registration is mandatory. Cut-off is 12pm the day before the activity. Walk-ins are not accommodated.

Attire: For easy identification and a sense of belonging, members are encouraged to wear the Runninghour (RH) T-shirt/singlet. If unavailable, any suitable sports attire is fine.

Hydration: Bring your own water and stay well-hydrated.

Saturday runs: Travel light as bag deposit may not be available. Caregivers may help watch over belongings, but participants remain responsible for their own valuables.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for pairing and announcements.

Induction: All volunteers must attend the monthly induction before they can guide independently.

Volunteers/Guides: Must be 18 years old and above. Younger volunteers will be paired with an inducted guide. There is no fixed commitment period, but we hope volunteers can support us whenever available.

Persons with Special Needs/Buddies: Caregivers are required to accompany the buddy for the initial sessions.

Safety: To maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful community, all participants are required to read and follow the RH SOP and complete the relevant Safe Sport module.
