About Us
The inclusive running club was formed on 18th April 2009 by a group of fitness enthusiasts. Every Saturday morning, they act as running guides to special needs members who are intellectually challenged.
The members are mainly students and ex-students of Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN). On 9th June 2012, a group of visually challenged runners joined Runninghour.

Runninghour became a Co-operative on 16th May 2014.
